Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

The condo had plenty of room for the whole family and the table made breakfast a great start to the day. Rooms were big and had enough space for my dads wheelchair, the condo was only a few steps away from the beach and the main streets would stay again!

We had a wonderful visit during Spring Break. While the area was at capacity, we didn’t feel it. Our rental was quiet and well equipped for the week. It was clean and close to all the places for great food. I highly recommend it for a family or girls trip!

We loved this condo. The three bedrooms were large and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The large livingroom/diningroom was open and comfortable and more spacious than what I expected from pictures. Beds and bedding and towels were great. It was a perfect place for our visit. It may have been sent, but I didn't find the Wifi password in our welcome letter - I asked by text and had an immediate answer. Thank you for your hospitality.
