This expansive open-concept living space features an oversized L-shaped couch centered around a stunning antique brick fireplace. Just steps away, the full-sized gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee from the single-cup coffee maker before gathering around the granite-topped island with seating for four. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is located right on the water and comes with 2 parking spaces. The property was so charming and had lots of space for 7 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the river. We were right in the mix of restaurants, bars and shopping. We give this property a 5 star rating. We will definitely go back to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at beautiful Riverview Terrace. The gathering space was comfortable for our group of eight while the four bedrooms and four bathrooms gave us all privacy. We loved being right on the riverwalk in the historic district with so many adventures within walking distance.

Beautiful place with an awesome location, just steps away from restaurants and bars but still a fairly quiet retreat. The view from the balconies was fabulous and the cool breeze from the water priceless. We were disappointed that there weren't any chairs on the balcony but we still enjoyed them. Southern Belle was very responsive being proactive and texting us to see if we needed anything. I would like to point out that the main bedroom is on the same level as living/kitchen with the remaining 3 bedrooms on the lower level as it is unclear in the listing. Parking is tight but we had 2 oversized vehicles and were still able to make it work. There were only 3 Steps to get into unit which was awesome as not everyone in our party could do stairs.We look forward to staying here again!
