Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

My family and I have been traveling to Savannah for over 20 years. My daughter went to SCAD, so we have probably stayed in this city a minimum of 40-50 times. We have stayed in both hotels and VRBOs. This is, by far, our favorite place to stay in Savannah. First, the location is perfect. About a half mile from Broughton. Close to a Fancy Parker’s and basically on top of Hitch(fabulous restaurant/bar ) the accommodations are truly huge-everyone has plenty of room and privacy. One of my faves of this location is the rooftop that is about as large as the unit. Beautiful views and great way to enjoy the greatest city in the Low Country. A+++++++

Could not have picked a better rental to stay at while visiting Savannah Georgia. Everything was clean and just like photos. Only issue would be having a easier set up to play music throughout house could not figure out surround sound system till last day. Everything else was perfect

What an amazing location with enough room to spread out. We enjoyed a billards night, a movie night and one under a full moon on the deck. The location can not be beat. I can not recommend this location enough. If the owners are ever in the market to sell- I am their girl!

Absolutely jaw dropping property! The minute we walked in, it was like you were at a rooftop mansion. Every inch of this home was hospitable. We enjoyed the summer nights on the rooftop deck with award winning views of the beautiful city. We were a few blocks away from all the major landmarks and best restaurants; although we opted to cook in the beautiful chefs kitchen. You will not go wrong with this property. We are planning to come back in a few months.

300 Drayton was everything we wanted for our Girls' Trip! The entire penthouse is stunning! The light beaming through all the windows added a needed feeling of serenity! We thoroughly enjoyed every inch of the space and Candice was attentive via text during our stay! We plan to return for another weekend getaway in the future!
