South Beach Retreat

Choose from our selection of Tybee Beach rentals to get the ideal house for either a family or business stay. One property in our selection of Tybee Beach condos is the South Beach Retreat.

One of our many Tybee Island rentals, South Beach Retreat is only steps away from the South End beach. With accommodations for four guests, it fits a Tybee Beach vacation for a family or a small gathering of friends. The house has two bedrooms, two baths, a front balcony, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, all linens and space to park two cars.

Walk into the Tybee Island rentals South Beach Retreat and experience the light and bright living and dining room, framed by the white-themed kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating for four, a ceiling fan above to keep things cool and a flat-screen TV for catching up on your favorite shows. The dining room has a table for four, but four bar stools and a kitchen bar are perfect for more entertaining. The kitchen has all the requisite appliances, including a coffee pot, plenty of counter space and a double sink. The bedrooms are roomy and designed in a relaxing shade of green. Both bedrooms look out over a front balcony area and have ceiling fans. The front balcony stretches to in front of the living room as well and a patio table provides outdoor chill-out time.

What To Do on Your Tybee Beach Vacation

There's plenty to do near Tybee Beach rentals and best of all, most of it is within walking distance. Tybee Beach condos are ideally located on the 2.7 square mile expanse of Tybee Island. Visit the Tybee Beach lighthouse and museum or Fort Pulaski for some Civil War history. Of course, the beach and plenty of water activities are just steps away from all Tybee Beach condos.

Renting homes from Southern Belle is painless and professional. We take credit cards and require a $300.00 deposit to confirm the booking which is applied towards the remaining balance. For example, if your total is $1,500, we will take a $300 deposit and your remaining balance will be $1200. Thirty days prior to your arrival our booking software will charge the balance automatically. We also sell Traveler's Insurance which covers medical cancellations.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

A wonderful place to stay on Tybee Island. Close to everything but on a nice quiet street. Everything was lovely in condo. So great to have convenient parking right under unit, though it is very east to walk most places. Everything was clean and bright and perfect for 4 of us plus two dogs.

The condo was updated and very clean when we arrived. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. It is in a narrow alley way so there is very little traffic coming through there so it was nice and quiet! Everything you need is just steps away. Highly recommend the Beachview Salt Spa right at the end of the road as well. Will definitly be back this summer!

My husband and I travel a lot and were both very impressed with the South Beach Retreat. We love Tybee and the Savannah area and have stayed in multiple buildings on the island. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. We also loved that the kitchen was fully-stocked. Everything we needed to cook full meals for ourselves and our two teenage daughters was provided. I had even brought a few additional things (measuring cups, wine glasses, a blender, for example... we've had some less than stellar experiences with basic items not being provided) and didn't have to unpack any of it. There were plenty of pots and pans, dishware, storage containers - really anything we would have needed for a week for our family. There was plenty of space for the four of us without feeling like we were crowded and having two bathrooms was a huge benefit.I would recommend this location and unit and will definitely plan to stay here again in the future if it's available.

We enjoyed the property very much. The only downer was the Sunday of our stay the property owner of the adjacent condo was doing some construction work - it was too loud to stay so we had to take a drive and eat out versus hanging out as we had originally planned. We understand that this is beyond the control of the property owner and management company.

I had to request service for clogged drains in both showeres. I also reported a ceiling fan that didn't work and another issue too. The drains were fixed but not the other 2 items. I know it's tough for you to fix things if renters don't inform you of them, but these left us a little inconvenienced.
