All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Southern Elegance Estate; Spacious & Fabulous

Have it all! The Southern Elegance Estate is a beautiful historic 4 bedroom home and 1 bedroom carriage house located in the Savannah Historic District. It has it’s own private courtyard with heated pool, outdoor fireplace and is close to renowned Forsyth Park. It has been professionally updated, designed and decorated and has everything you need to make your stay in Savannah one to remember. Not only do you have access to the private pool in the courtyard, but also to Southern Belle's private resort style heated pool on Tybee Island located at 19 Silver Ave just steps from the beach.

The first floor of the main home includes two separate living areas: a lovely front parlor, as well as a sitting room in the back of the home with television. The formal dining room can seat 14 comfortably. And the well-equipped gourmet kitchen includes a butler’s pantry, wine refrigerators, ice maker, two dishwashers, and more. There’s also a lovely half bath on the first floor.

The second floor includes three bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom has a historic mantle with non-working fireplace. The master bath includes a claw-footed tub and a separate oversized shower with two shower heads. There is also a porch off the master bath. The second bath includes a tub with shower. The third floor is its own suite – including a king-sized bed, living area, wet bar, and full bath. The Carriage House has a living area, kitchen, bedroom, full bath and laundry.

Outdoor Living

Southern Elegance also stands out in terms of what it offers for outdoor living. It has a cozy, Savannah-style front porch with its own Live Oak & Spanish Moss view, a screened-in side porch, and to top it off, a courtyard with a heated, saltwater pool, palm trees, and outdoor fireplace.

Southern Elegance includes a two-car garage. There is also usually plenty of parking available right in front of the house.

Plenty to See and Do in Savannah

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

Overall

The Southern Elegance Estate in Savannah had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen amenities, large grill, pool, and yard made this perfect for us. We cooked multiple meals at the house and then had an easy walk to downtown.

This house is the perfect place for The Savannah Experience, it’s historical so has a few quirks, (no locks on any bathroom door). Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, southern elegance answered all inquires quickly and very politely. The neighborhood is very friendly, we walked everywhere. Thank you!

Best Girls Weekend

Overall

13 of us girls had a wonderful weekend stay at this home. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out, enjoy meals together, and play games. The beds were comfortable. We did run out of paper towels and trash bags, but Kroger was a 5 min walk to grab any extra needs. A few houses down was the most adorable coffee shop, and Forsyth park was also about a 7 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

We could not be more happy with our stay at the Southern Elegance Estate! Check-in was super easy and the house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool and grill were an awesome touch for a bigger group. Anytime we had any questions or needed something, the team at Southern Belle was happy to help and quick to respond. This was a 5 star stay! Thank you! The only thing I would ask for next time is laundry detergent so that we could wash our towels.
