A roomy living area contains couches, chairs, and a television for your whole vacation group to socialize in. Next to the seating area is a dining area with a lengthy table and chairs. You can enjoy delicious dinner parties or sit together to play a game.

The living and dining area also connects to a beautiful kitchen that's a delight to cook in. Crisp white cabinets and gleaming stainless steel appliances give you the space to cook with loved ones, bake special treats, and prepare easy snacks. This comfortable three-bedroom vacation home sleeps six people. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds while the third has twin bunk beds. Not only are you right by the ocean, but you're also next to Tybee Island Memorial Park. Mid Beach Pier is just a few blocks away, so you're perfectly positioned for classic Tybee events like Pirate Fest. You can also easily walk to tasty restaurants such as Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen, Salt Island Fish and Beer, and Agave Bar & Grill.

From your vacation home, it's easy to check out the rest of Tybee Island's attractions. If you go to the north, you'll find a quiet beach with shell-hunting and dolphin watching, and there are also some interesting attractions like the Tybee Island Light Station and the Marine Science Center. A short trip to the south is bustling South Beach with its shops, restaurants, spas, and bars. When you're in the mood for kayaking and birdwatching, visit the creeks and estuary habitat situated to the west of your vacation house.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

We have stayed at Beachside Colony a number of times and were really impressed by 515 Summerwinds, first this property was extremely clean and well maintained, we really appreciated that and made it easy to settle in. As with most properties the kitchen supply was a little hit and miss, we appreciated that there was basic salt and pepper (we have found that lacking at other properties) and coffee filters for the coffee pot. I think measuring cups, and a lid for the blender would be helpful, but nothing that will get in the way of a great vacation. Everything is just as nice as the pictures and we would definately stay again!

Overall

We had a great stay over the 4th of July. We loved the place and Tybee Island and will definitely be coming back. The management co was responsive when we were unable to locate the trash cans (which we admittedly overlooked). Very happy with our stay!
