Tucked away in an exclusive private neighborhood on Tybee Island’s lush southern coast, this property comprises the ultimate in Tybee vacation rentals. Boasting a setting steeped in luxury, complete with its own large swimming pool, it enjoys a breathtaking view of Little Tybee Island to the south and easy access to the main island’s incredible beaches. Restaurants, shopping and activities are also nearby, providing you with all the makings of an iconic beach vacation.

The Side-by-Side Accommodations

This property offers your group the best of both worlds. These two separate units are each self-contained and private, yet their side-by-side proximity celebrates group togetherness. A sprawling two-story property with impeccable tropical landscaping, covered porches and balconies all around, you will love the outdoors as much as the luxe indoors of Units B and C.

Unit B features a relaxed open floorplan designed for economy of space. The galley-style kitchen features built-in appliances, plenty of cabinetry and a sleek sense of style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you will need to create meals and the tableware to serve them.

The adjacent living room is filled with natural light. A ceiling fan helps regulate the temperature while the large sectional sofa provides plenty of seating after a day at the beach. A large TV offers entertainment, and a half bathroom just off the kitchen adds convenience to the main floor.

The sleeping accommodations are located upstairs. Unit B sleeps four guests. The first bedroom features a king bed, access to a covered balcony, a wall-mounted TV and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom also includes a king bed and balcony access. A full bathroom features a glass walk-in shower.

Unit C sleeps two guests. The kitchen and living room share an open layout with comfortable seating, a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and open shelving.

The bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a shower, creating a comfortable and inviting space.

Units B and C both include a washer and dryer, off-street parking, central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi and access to the onsite pool. In addition to the private pool at the property, guests also have access to a nearby heated resort-style pool.

Exciting Itinerary Ideas

There are plenty of things to do during your Tybee Island stay. Spend your time enjoying the beaches and exploring the local business district.

History lovers can visit the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum or nearby Fort Pulaski, which offers trails, exhibits and preserved fortifications.

For more active outings, consider renting kayaks for a tour around Little Tybee Island. This protected area spans nearly 7,000 acres of natural habitat, including marshes where you can view native wildlife and migrating birds such as herons, egrets and roseate spoonbills.

Tybee also hosts a variety of annual events including the Tybee Island Pirate Festival, the Labor Day Beach Bash and Fourth of July fireworks at the Tybee Pier and Pavilion.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

WOW our family is obsessed with this house. This rental was hands down the best vacation rental our family has ever stayed at. The house and landscaping was stunning. So well maintained and the house had high end finished throughout. The house is directly on the beach front, making it SO easy for our family with little kids to get on and off the beach. The pool was stunning. Super clean and there was a pool guy there cleaning it twice while we were there. The yard and property were so spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run around. The kitchen was fully stocked and we appreciated the starter pack of items. At one point, there was a lady fixing the oven in the main house (which we didn’t have access to) and she made our family a huge charcuterie board for our inconvenience. It was no inconvenience at all to us but we graciously accepted this kind gesture. Also the location to restaurants and bars is wonderful, it was only a few minute walk. Whenever we needed something (ie help with closing the front gate), southern belle very quickly responded to texts or sent someone out to help. If you’re thinking about renting this place, DO IT. The price could not be beat for the luxury you’re living in. We would love to come back, thank you for allowing us to stay.

This beautiful beach home on Tybee was the perfect escape for our Memorial Day weekend! Your stress will fade away and disappear the moment you drive through the gate to this wonderful compound...the unit, the grounds, the pool, the beach, everything was incredible. It was definitely a little slice of heaven on Tybee. All of the little touches made everything easier for us when we arrived (the video from the owner/the starter items in the fridge). I plan to stay at this beautiful home again. I hated leaving.
