You are here

On this page will highlight some of our top, can't miss restaurants, and tours. We sometimes like to consider ourselves history buffs and foodies which is why you'll find honest reviews of not only which restaurants to eat in, but possibly what to order and where to sit. Please remember that anything you read here is solely our opinion. However, with extensive knowledge of restaurant management and having over 12 years of experience in the food and service industry, I feel that the things that I'll bring to your attention are important when considering a great meal in the beautiful city of Savannah.

My ratings on restaurants will consist of how the food was prepared, how the service was and most importantly, did I get my money's worth. We all know going to a restaurant strictly for its name and not the service, food, and the atmosphere is not a fun thing to do. Paying a lot of money for a meal and then leaving feeling dissatisfied with portions, service, and overall mood of the restaurant will always be disappointing to everyone. We'll do our best to guide you to all the right places and if we know of a place that strikes us as overrated, undeserved, and just downright not on the list of can't miss places, we'll tell you.

pink house restaurant in savannah ga

The Olde Pink House is one of my favorites. You'll find the portions to be large, the pricing to be fair, and the service to be great.

vic on the river in savannah ga

My favorite place to sit at Vic's is in the bar area which isn't like most bars. There's a piano player and large windows on the far side of the bar with high top tables.

garibaldi restaurant in savannah ga

Garibaldi's aims to please and is located on Congress Street. Garibaldi's menu is priced comparatively with Vic's on the River, Leocis, and The Olde Pink House.
